Norwegian saltfish is among the best salted fish in the world, and is one of Norway’s traditional cured products.

Most common species produced as saltfish are Cod, Saithe, Ling and Tusk.

Packaging:

• Wet Salted fish is sold by Pallets.
• Dry Saltet fish is packed whole (butterfly split) in cartons with 9kg and 25kg. Packed wooden cartons with 50kg are available upon request
• Light Salted fish are cut in fillets, loin pieces and portions. Can be packed in retail packages, or bulk in cartons.
