Norwegian salmon is one of the most versatile and beloved fish on the planet. Salmon has swum in Norwegian waters for thousands of years and has deep roots in Norwegian culinary traditions.

Packaging:

Fresh salmon is packed as fillets or whole, headed and gutted in Styrofoam boxes with ice, then transported by air to reach its destination worldwide within 1-2 days from production.

Frozen salmon can be whole gutted, fillets and portions, and has a shelf life of 2 years after freezing. It can be packed for retail or in boxes for food service
