How does it work:
SaWa Flex bag uses the Solar Water Disinfection (SODIS) process. It harnesses UVA and UVB rays, plus solar heat, to kill harmful pathogens.

SaWa Flex is a reusable 6-litre water purification and storage solution using the Solar Water Disinfection (SODIS) process. It uses sunlight to treat microbiologically contaminated water without electricity, fuel, chlorine or replacement filter cartridges. The Flex+ indicator measures actual UV exposure and tells the user when sufficient solar treatment has been reached.
SaWa meets WHO performance criteria.The process kills 99.99% bacteria, protozoa and virus in water.
